These lunar libration data are on binary magnetic tape created on a UNIVAC computer. There are five types of records on the tape. The first is a header containing start time (Julian day), stop time and mesh size. The second record is a text containing UNIVAC filldata identifying the data on the tape. The third and fourth records contain the parameter names and values, respectively. The remaining records contain reference time of difference lines, mesh spacing used in difference lines, and an array of position (angle) at reference time, derivation of angle and sum of derivation for 12 counts.
