This data set was prepared from 2 magazines of SO-368 color master positives and 2 magazines of SO-168 film from the Apollo 12 photography. The two 70-mm film types contain 249 and 307 frames, respectively. The photographs were supplied by the Photographic Technology Laboratory (PTL) at the Manned Spacecraft Center. These photographs were taken from the Command Module while in lunar orbit, from the LM, and on the lunar surface. The photos include general nearside terrain exposures showing several targets of opportunity, deployment of the ALSEP, and area near Surveyor 3.
