These low-speed filterbank data of magnetic field are on magnetic tape written in binary and created on a CDC 6600 computer with one logical record of 2460 bytes per physical block. The first file of data is an EBCDIC label identifying the tape. The binary data records contain low-speed format counter; modified Julian day (01/01/77=9862); milliseconds of day of rise of first bit of format; mean duration of a low-speed format in microseconds; gyrofrequency in hertz; geocentric equatorial coordinates; satellite attitude (VDH coordinates) represented as direction cosines of the spin axis, magnetic dipole, and direction of the sun from the center of earth; sun-earth-spacecraft angle, in hundredths of degrees; velocity of satellite; and values of nine low frequency filterbank parameters sampled four times during four low-speed formats. Data description is not clear enough.
