11. Other Comments

We have found cdf to be a very poorly conceived and constructed format. Having to use it has been costly to us. We do not like having such formats made mandatory. We propose costs to nasa based on our way of doing business. When we have such a system given to us then we either have to ask for more money or we cannot perform some function like science.
