Overview of Detailed Models
It was decided to do both a functional and an information model of the OAIS
Both models were tasked to:
- Use the models to better communicate OAIS Concepts
- Use a well established, formal modeling technique
- Stay as implementation independent as possible
- Avoid detailed designs
