NOTE: THE ISO DRAFT INTERNATIONAL STATUS (DIS) WAS SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 1998 AND NOW RESCHEDULED FOR MAY 1999. WIDE REVIEW OVER THE NEXT FEW MONTHS IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
