Five years ago, NSSDC changed its Newsletter dissemination format from the paper-only distribution of 16-20 page newsletters to a mixed mode of paper distribution of a 4-page newsletter containing summaries or abstracts of articles, with full articles being available over the Web.
With the increasing ubiquity of the Web as an information access tool, NSSDC is seriously considering terminating the issuance of the paper version of the Newsletter after 1998. Your opinions on this would be of interest to NSSDC.
