Hayabusa (Muses-C)

Hayabusa (formerly Muses-C) is an ISAS (Japan) mission launched on 9 May 2003. The objective of the Hayabusa mission is to collect samples from the asteroid Itokawa and return them to Earth. Hayabusa is scheduled to reach Itokawa in summer 2005 and return the samples in June 2007.
