Mariner 10 mosaic of Caloris Basin, Mercury. This computer-generated stereomosaic shows half of the Caloris Basin, which is bisected by the terminator at the extreme left. This feature, created by a giant impact, is over 700 km in diameter. Note the multiple rings and complex interior structure.
