Voyager 1 high resolution view of the north polar region of Saturn's moon, Rhea. The north pole is located near the lower right corner of the image. The opposite corner is at about 35N, 50W. The image is about 700 km across with a resolution of 1 km/pixel, and was taken from a distance of 83,000 km. Rhea is 1500 km in diameter. This image primarily shows the Saturn facing side which is heavily cratered. The opposite side exhibits "wispy" albedo features. (Voyager 1, FDS 34952.57)
