Pits and graben in Ceraunius Fossae, Mars

This Viking 1 Orbiter image of northern Ceraunius Fossae, Mars shows long grabens containing chains of rimless pit craters. This region is associated with radial faulting of the Tharsis bulge. North is at about 1:30. The width of this frame is about 80 km. (Viking Orbiter 224A13)
