This is the full release of the IRAS Sky Survey Atlas (ISSA) covering the absolute ecliptic latitude sky, > 20 degrees with some coverage down to > 13 degrees. The remainder of the sky is covered in the ISSA Reject dataset (NSSDC ID 83-004A-01u). Each 500 by 500 pixel image covers a 12.5 degree by 12.5 degree field of sky with a pixel size of 1.5'. The images give the sky surface brightness after removal of the emission from the solar system dust in the four IRAS wavelengths. For each field and IRAS wavelength, there is an intensity image for each confirming coverage as well as a coadded image (identified as HCON-0) of all the coverages. The ISSA plates are numbered from 1 to 430 with the exception of the RISSA plates. The Reject ISSA plates are: 085-090, 112-124, 127, 144-165, 177-204, 210-222, 228-255, 268-288, 304, 307-319, and 342-346.
