Description

This data set consists of 5-in. film containing the complete set of metric (mapping) camera photography obtained on the Apollo 17 mission. It was reproduced under normal processing conditions (low gamma) so that details in the highly lighted areas or shadowed areas are lost. The quality is generally very good. Many of the frames have no discernible imagery as they were frames automatically exposed on the dark side of the moon when the stellar frames were being exposed.
