This is one of several uniformly organized data sets received in early 1999 from Dr. Nick Pavlov of Moscow State University. They were prepared at MSU with NASA/OSS data restoration funding. The data consist of particle count rates in ASCII. The text file at
https://spdf.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/data/russian_msu/common_info.txt
contains details about the time resolution, species and energy ranges, and directionalities of the data for each of the many Soviet interplanetary spacecraft for which this generic description is written. Time resolutions range from daily for the 1964 Zond 1 data through 20-min for more recent Venera and Vega data. The data are available on-line at:
https://spdf.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/data/russian_msu/luna-22/
and also from MSU. The data are also held on CD-WO disks at NSSDC.
