This ASCII data set consists of a table of 3.5-hour averages of velocities (km/s), temperatures (deg.-K), and density ratios (relative to oxygen 6+) of solar wind ion composition measurements by the Ulysses SWICS experiment for alphas, carbon 6+, oxygen 6+ (density ratio = unity), neon 8+, magnesium 10+, silicon 9+, sulfur 10+, and iron 11+. Data accumulation times for the averages ensure that percentage errors are less than twenty percent for the density ratios. Each ASCII data file contains one month of data.
