This data collection consists of daily average count rates in certain energy intervals for interplanetary protons, alphas, and electons from the Kiel Electron Telescope (KET) sensor in the COSPIN experiment on Ulysses. The particles contributing to theses rates have been identified by pulse height analysis so that corrections could be applied for known backgrounds. The data file in ascii table format includes count rates (cps) at 34 to 2100 MeV/nucl. in three channels each for protons and helium, integral rates above 2100 MeV/nucl. for these particles, and count rates for electrons at 2.5 - 7.0 MeV and above 170 MeV. Statistical errors for the flux from each channel are also included. A users guide in pdf format describes the instrumentation, calibrations, and data formats. For the latter the helium energy channels are listed in MeV units but are actually given in MeV/nucleon units. Consult the COSPIN paper below and more recent KET papers for further details on the current calibrations. The KET sensor is described in detail by Simpson et al. (Astron. & Astrophys., vol 92, pp. 365-399, 1992).
