These experimenter-supplied, low-energy electron and pitch angle data binary magnetic tape created on a Nord 10 computer. The records are blocked with two 3606-byte logical records per physical block. Each logical record is composed of a 22-byte auxiliary data record and 256 14-byte frames of experimental data. The first record on tape is an 80-byte EBCDIC header label containing volume number, experiment identification, and tape creation date. The auxiliary record consists of modified Julian day; universal time (milliseconds); eccentric dipole time (seconds); radial distance; eccentric dipole latitude; and the angle of local magnetic field with respect to spin axis. This record refers to frame one except for the magnetic field angles number 2 through 4 which refer to frames 65, 129, and 193, respectively. Each frame of experimental data contains a quality byte, status for detectors 2, 7, 8, 9, and 10 (byte includes type of particles measured, energy scan mode and energy level number), and detector 2, 7, 8, 9, and 10 count rates in counts per 86 milliseconds. This data set was submitted as input for Coordinated Data Analysis Workshops and is therefore limited to discrete periods within the time interval covered.
