This data set contains spectrograms of VLF wave data from the Stanford University HEM experiment on ISEE-1, for selected events in 1977 and 1978. The events were triggered by signals at various frequencies from the Omega transmitters in North Dakota, Australia, and Japan, and from the Soviet Alpha trnsmitter at Komsomalskamur. Spectrogram frequency range varies from 0 - 5 KHz to 0 - 20 KHz.
NASA 36-bit time code marks are on the film. Frequency calibration lines appear directly before each section of spectral data, and the frequency range is indicated in pen on the film.
