NSSDCA ID: SPMS-00657
Availability: Archived at NSSDC, accessible from elsewhere
Time span: 1977-11-03 to 1987-03-02
This data set covers the entire lifetime of the instrument, from November 3, 1977 to March 2, 1987. The data are normalized spin-averaged electron fluxes from 12 energy ranges: 17.5 - 28.0 KeV through 801 - 1000 KeV. Pitch angle information is given for 18 pitch angles in 10-degree bins from 0-10 through 170-180 degrees. Additional information includes time, a quality flag, latitude, longitude, radius, measured magnetic field, model magnetic field (Olson & Pfitzer Quiet), L value, invariant latitude, local time, and several parameters (Kp, Dst, solar wind density and velocity) from NSSDC's OMNI data base (from IMP 8).
Data are available online at ftp://cdaweb.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/data/
