Analog Imager (DCAM3-A)

DCAM3-A is an analog imaging system onboard DCAM3. The purpose of DCAM3-A is to continuously low-resolution monitoring of the impact event of the Small Carry-on Impactor on the surface of asteroid 162137 Ryugu and send analog video signal of the images to the Hayabusa2 spacecraft.
