Description

Cosmos 157 was a first generation, low resolution Soviet photo surveillance satellite launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome aboard a Vostok 2 rocket. The film capsule was recovered after 8 days. The program was partially completed. There was bad quality film loaded into the SA-20 camera.
