Description

Cosmos 881 was a Soviet spacecraft launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome aboard a Proton 8K82LB72 rocket. It was a double reentry test of the Merkur capsule of the TKS orbital shuttle. It was recovered at 44 deg N, 73 deg E after one orbit.
