Rohini 2



Rohini 2 was the second Indian national launch. It was launched using a SLV-3 rocket from the Sriharikota Space Center in the Bengal Bay into a 186 x 418km (intended 296 x 834) orbit. The satellite was spherical with a 0.6 m diameter and weighed 38 kg. It carried a landmark tracker payload for accurate orbit and attitude determination.
