Raduga 10



Raduga 10 was a Soviet communications satellite launched into a geosynchronous orbit from the Baikonur cosmodrome aboard a Proton 8K82K/Block DM rocket. It provided uninterrupted round the clock telephone and telegraph radio communication in the USSR and simultaneous transmission of color and black and white USSR central television programs to stations in the Orbita network.
