Description

Cosmos 2186 was a Russian photo surveillance satellite launched from the Plesetsk cosmodrome aboard a Soyuz rocket. Two small film capsules were recovered in flight and the main re-entry capsule with remaining film, camera, and computer systems at end of flight.
