XSS 10 is an American (AFRL/DoD) technology demonstration microsatellite (28 kg) that was launched by a Delta 2 rocket from Cape Canaveral at 18:06 UT on 29 January 2003. It will also keep its sight on the second stage of Deta 2. Its battery-powered operational life was 24 hours.
