Mimosa is a Czech minisatellite that was launched by a Rokot rocket from Plesetsk at 14:15 UT on 30 June 2003. The 66 kg satellite is nearly spherical with 28 sides and carries a microaccelerometer to monitor atmospheric density profile by sensing the atmospheric drag.
