Raiko was a 10 x 10 x 20 cm, 2 kg cubesat developed by Wakayama University in Wakayama, Japan. The satellite was launched as a part of the material delivered to the International Space Station (ISS) by the HTV 3 spacecraft. It was one of five cubesats transferred from HTV 3 on a J-SSOD deployer to ISS and subsequently released by the station's robotic arm from the Kibo module on 04 October 2012.
