Description

The Cygnus spacecraft launched Saturday aboard the Antares rocket is named the S.S. Robert H. Lawrence in honor of Air Force Maj. Robert H. Lawrence, Jr. Lawrence was the first African American to be selected as an astronaut in the U.S. space program.
