The satellite measures 8.0 m x 3.2 m x 3.1 m. The 26.07-m solar arrays were deployed after launch and will generate a minimum of 16.1 kW of power. The spacecraft had a mass at liftoff of 6,100 kg. It is expected to operate for fifteen years.
