Image of Jupiter with Io (superimposed) and Europa (to the west) taken by Dr Kaz Sekiguchi with a PtSi camera in the K-band using the 0.75-m telescope of the South African Astronomical Observatory. This 5-min exposure was taken on July 17 at 20:30 UT. Three impact sites are visible with the Great Red Spot on the western limb. The brightest is from fragment E with A in the centre and C near the south-east limb.
