About Heliophysics at the NSSDCA...

The NASA Space Science Data Coordinated Archive (NSSDCA) at Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland is NASA's primary deep archive site for space physics and solar data obtained from spacecraft missions (both NASA and non-NASA). NSSDCA complements the work of other groups in validating, archiving, and disseminating space physics and solar data: the Space Physics Data Facility (SPDF) and the Solar Data Analysis Center (SDAC), both also located at Goddard.

NSSDCA is the permanent archive for NASA space physics and solar data. NSSDCA holds various relatively recent data on CD-ROM and other media. Many older data sets are also available. Information about ordering data may obtained by contacting our Coordinated Request and User Support Office (CRUSO).

The World Data Center for Satellite Information is co-located with NSSDCA and provides descriptions for the spacecraft and experiments. In addition, NSSDCA also supplies data to foreign users upon request.
